If you are a fan of Asian food like us, write this name: Bini's Kitchen. Here is a very interesting menu of the day, for $ 10 you can eat a curry and some momos the sea of majos.

The clam chowder is one of the most typical dishes of the coastal areas in the United States, it consists of a clam chowder with potatoes and VERY rich cream. We tried it in a cafe near the Alcatraz ferry dock and it was pretty good. There are two versions, the one that is served inside a round loaf and the one that is served on a plate or glass to take away, we order the first and mmm) Apparently one of the best clam chowder is eaten in Boudin Bakery Café.

Going to the Mission neighborhood without trying Mexican food would be like going to Valencia and not putting the spoon in a delicious paella ... are we crazy or what? When we did a tour of the area, we ended up eating at this site recommended by local people. We have not tried another but we can guarantee that the burritos are delicious (and huge). In addition, with each order, they serve some nachos with salsa. They also recommended us The Farolito and the Taqueria Cancun, apparently two of the best Mexican restaurants in San Francisco.

If as for us you firmly believe in the formula "pizza = happiness" do not miss this place, where the best pizza is prepared at the city court. If a Neapolitan were there he would suffer a heart attack ($ 3 for a piece of pizza?) But it is money well spent. They say that the best is clam / garlic (clams and garlic) although if you are more traditional almost better opt for sausage.

When we passed by and saw that his logo was a choto (ok, it was a little sheep) we liked him ... so we didn't leave San Francisco without trying this famous hot pot. Hot what? Nothing porn, quiet. It is a restaurant where everything is cooked in a huge casserole of broth (spicy or soft or both). We ordered meat, fish, vegetables, tofu… everything was delicious.

It is a tad more expensive than the other restaurants we recommend, but the experience is well worth it! We were 4 and eating to burst we spent about $ 80.

Here they prepare the richest sausage sandwich in California! The first step is to choose the flavor of the sausage (there are them from the classic Bratwurst to Merguez, lamb and Moroccan spices, etc.), then you must choose your toppings and finally drive the tooth. The last recommendation is for those who want fishy ... fried. But really fried, huh! The fish & chips ($ 10.99) of this foodtruck is rich and quite cheap. There is also the option of shrimp & chips ($ 11.99) if you prefer some prawns. And, eye to the data, if your cholesterol and your gastronomic curiosity allow it, do not forget to try the fried ears! ($ 4.75). Of course, for dinner a vegetable creampie 😉
